It may have been Troy’s passion for surf and gift of the gab that landed him his first sales and marketing role way back when, but it’s his strong established relationships, strategic approach and in-depth understanding of the New Zealand retail market that has seen him grow his business in the surf industry and beyond.
Troy established Life of Riley Industries in 2014 after a successful sales and marketing/ brand management career within the action sports industry, to offer a boutique, hands-on agency and distribution service that delivers sustainable results for brands within the unique New Zealand market.
Withdrawals kick in pretty fast for Troy if it’s too long between waves, so it’s lucky for him his sales road trips still take him to some of the best surf spots in New Zealand.
